| Cancellation policy : |
- Cancellation for a villa reservation must be received 14 days (low seasons) and 30 days (high seasons) prior to the day of arrival and may differ by arrival date and villa type (please refer to “cut off date” upon booking). If cancellation of a guaranteed reservation is not received by the required date, The Ulin Villas and Spa will charge for one night’s accommodation (inclusive of government tax and service charges)
- 100% of total room night reserved (inclusive of government tax and service charges) will be applied in the event of no-show, late arrival and early departure
